In order to promote sports and create excitement among its personnel, Bafaq Iron and Steel Mining and Industry Complex has organized various sports competitions and sessions (futsal and volleyball) throughout the year.
The volleyball team of Bafaq Iron and Steel Mining and Industry Complex also started its activity in 2013 and has won many championship titles in various competitions. Also, the beach volleyball team of this complex, which started its first activity in 2015, has participated in various national competitions, including the country’s Premier League (August 2016).
Bafaq steel project is one of the huge steel projects of the country, which was handed over to the private sector in 2010 in line with the implementation of the general policies of Article 44 of the Constitution. This policy is a framework for determining annual macro and micro goals, which is reviewed at the beginning of each year and revised as needed.
