Bafgh Steel [Wire and Coil] Grades
Considering the diverse applications of coil and wire rods, various grades, according to the standards of various countries are manufactured. Bafgh Steel produces a range of grades including RST34, 1006, 1008, and 5sp, both with and without ribs. Bafgh Steel wires and coils exhibit excellent mechanical properties and are well-suited for applications requiring tensile strength and cold rolling, thanks to adherence to cooling conditions, proper preheating of ingots, and the use of high-quality ingots.

At Bafgh Steel, we have the capability to produce various types of coils and wire rods according to customer specifications, ranging in sizes from 5.5 to 16. Bafgh Steel coils and wires adhere to the national standard of hot-rolled steel in terms of dimensions, sizes, and tolerances, as specified by number 6030. Furthermore, the requirements of each grade are assessed in accordance with its respective standard. At every stage of production, quality control plays a crucial role, with continuous monitoring of the manufactured product being a top priority.
Bafgh Steel Wire Rod Packaging
Bafgh Steel coils and wire rods are compressed and packaged using state-of-the-art European equipment, and the packages are further secured with wires in four directions. Besides preventing any accidental opening of the package, which could lead to financial and safety risks, this packaging method facilitates transportation and storage of the coils and wire rods.
